All customer information supplied to Earthsebse, whether via the order form or Contact Us page, will be treated as strictly private. We do not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise distribute customer details with any third parties. You will NOT receive any emails from third parties as a result of contacting us or placing an order inquiry with us. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03) we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses.

We use the information you provide about yourself only for the specified purpose. We do not share this information with outside parties unless necessary in order to fulfil your request.

We use provided email addresses to answer the email we receive, provide email offers (at your request) and to confirm orders and despatch. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties. You will NOT receive any emails from third parties as a result of contacting us or placing an order enquiry with us.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us.

Since our products risk contamination once they are opened off our premises we cannot accept returns at this time.

This does not affect your statutory rights, in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained from Consumer Direct (the Government's consumer advice helpline) or your local Trading Standards Office.
